I kinda disagree with Chris in 18:00. The money won't automatically came to Linux desktop development, nor did LTT try out Linux just because someone said Linux desktop is ready.
I said this somewhere else but I'll say it again. Debian/Ubuntu/Pop combined forces to fix the dpkg problem just because Linus ran into it and nuke his DE; the whole industry started an initiative to smooth out the Linux streaming experience just because LTT complained about it in their challenge video.
I'd rather have some big mouth youtuber complaining about linux all day and everyday. It will benefit us all whatsoever.

Cinnamon is way more robust and intuitive, it doing so well to a degree that users would say Mint is boring.
I don't like use boring stuff but I assume "normal users" would?

Like FLoC and Privacy Sandbox before it, Google Chrome’s Manifest V3 is another example of the inherent conflict of interest that comes from Google controlling both the dominant web browser and one
At first, Linus Torvalds want to watch video while he compiling the kernel.
Then he had a back and forth with Lennart Poettering: https://lwn.net/Articles/415740/

man schedI'm dualbooting for years but never really use Windows other than writing VBA scripts when I'm forced to do so.
But with years of struggle with ASUS driver issues and crappy DEs on Linux, I always had an illusion that whenever I switch back to windows, it would work like a charm with no hassle. Turns out I was totally wrong.
Just now I rebooted to Windows 11 for several hours and I'd say it's a hot mess. Every button I clicked on refused to do what it says to do, every application has a huge loading animation rotating endlessly, my router dashboard flooded by connections to Microsoft server.

So if I use this with containerd + kata containers, I got an easy docker upon vm solution?
