Do you know how to listen?
It would seem, where's the challengeβ
But in fact most of us not only have no idea how to listen and hear, but we constantly interrupt the other person in order to attract attention to ourselves.
Sometimes people just need to be listened to without any interference.
The ability to listen carefully shows that you pay attention and respect the other person, and this behavior shows that you are at least well mannered and tactful.
It is important to keep in mind that hearing and listening are still different things. HEARING is the passive intake of sound, while LISTENING is the act of intentionally working to comprehend the sounds, to analyze the received information and to give a response to his/her words.

Look, I often suggest people playing mobile/PC games (esp. online) whenever they're feeling bored or depressed.
I donβt know it works for them or not but it always works like a magic for me. Maybe you can try it sometimes too.
I know in a lot of people's opinion itβs just a waste of time (and it really is! But most of them scroll social media to get out of boredom. So, dosen't it waste their time?) but still itβs better than stay depressed all day long. Just donβt get addicted in it and play all day. Control any kind of addiction and enjoy your life.
What's your thought on this?

Did You Know?
The research found that bedtime procrastination's main causes are low-self control and increased stress.
According to researchers, three key factors differentiate between bedtime procrastination and staying up late:
1-The individual experiencing bedtime procrastination must decrease their overall sleep time every night.
2-There must be no reason for them to stay up late (such as location or sickness).
3-The individual must be aware that sleep loss impacts them negatively, but they do not care to change their routine.
People with higher cell phone addiction report more signs of bedtime procrastination.
