Long story short, I am looking to get some money back he lost from my money and this trades history. The Lawyer told me they saw it and have everything, i don't think they would lie but still i'd love to see why and where he did get roasted.

Regarding the trader I have come to an agreement with him and we will not go the legal route against him. Chances to win would be low, headach and above all stress. I prefer to focus on something new.
That being said he didn't share with me trading as he said he would.
