Cвой проект — ровно год. Как все начиналось?
На связи Эльдар — фаундер wantapply.com и по совместительству автор этого и всей сети канала @young_relocate.

Последние 10 лет я занимался дизайном игровых интерфейсов. Работал над такими проектами, как World of Tanks, футсим UFL и шутер Ncore.

Три года назад меня неожиданно уволили. После этого я долго искал работу — и это был один из самых неприятных периодов в моей карьере. Тогда все началось с комьюнити.

Почти все сайты по поиску работы устроены так, что найти через них действительно хорошую работу очень сложно. Огромное количество мусора, дубликатов, скама и вакансий, которые давно не актуальны.

Хотелось создать место, где будут только проверенные компании и реальные вакансии без информационного шума. С самого начала я сознательно строил продукт не для рынка СНГ, а вокруг международного найма.

Я хотел, чтобы релоканты находили удалённую работу за рубежом, а те, кто только думает о переезде — имели доступ к реальным релокационным офферам.

За свою карьеру я трижды переезжал — из РФ в РБ, из Беларуси в Чехию, а затем в Польшу. Поэтому очень хорошо понимаю, через что проходят люди, которые ищут работу за границей. Это непросто.

За этот год пришлось стать человеком-оркестром
За этот год я понял, что строить собственный продукт — это постоянная многозадачность.

Сегодня над самим сервисом работаем мы вдвоем: я отвечаю практически за всё, а разработчик Евгений помогает с технической частью и инфраструктурой.

За этот год мне пришлось научиться тому, чем раньше никогда не занимался:
— Писать тексты: лендинги, инструкции, сценарии и документацию

— Разбираться в бухгалтерии и финансах. В Польше, например, Stripe не интегрирован с налоговой системой, поэтому долгое время каждый инвойс приходилось вручную отправлять в KSeF. Часть процессов удалось автоматизировать. Заодно впервые разобрался с P&L и финансовыми моделями.

— Заниматься продажами и аутричем. За это время я лично связался более чем с тысячей компаний, приглашая их зарегистрироваться на платформе. Когда рассказываю об этом, многие не верят. Большинство просто игнорировали сообщения или отказывали, и это очень демотивировало.

— Осваивать маркетинг. SEO, соцсети, контент — все 10 Telegram-каналов до сих пор веду сам. Поначалу мне было очень неудобно рассказывать о своем продукте в LinkedIn. Шильдик "фаундер", я поставил себе только после 6 месяцев. Было стыдно)

— Разбираться в аналитике. Самостоятельно освоил Amplitude, Google Analytics и продуктовые метрики.

К счастью, часть задач уже удалось делегировать — например, модерацию и поддержку пользователей. C рекрутерами общается аккаунт.

⚡️Самое неожиданное
Когда запускаешь стартап, кажется, что главная проблема — написать код.
Оказалось, нет. Главное — выдержать психологически и операционка.

За этот год мы регулярно сталкивались с DDoS-атаками и сервисами, которые массово парсят платформу. Каждый раз, когда зимой сайт падал, я очень переживал. Сейчас инфраструктура стала гораздо надежнее, и с этой стороны стало намного спокойнее.

Сегодня платформой пользуются уже 35 000 человек в месяц.

⚡️Мотивация
Самое приятное — видеть, как на платформу приходят компании, которыми сам когда-то восхищался: Telegram, TradingView, Acclaim, Plata, Salmon и даже Clay из Кремниевой долины. Для меня это подтверждение того, что мы движемся в правильном направлении.

Год назад Wantapply.com был просто идеей. Спасибо каждому, кто поддерживал проект, рекомендовал его друзьям, оставлял обратную связь или просто верил, что всё получится.

Cейчас готовлю большой редизайн платформы.
