Open source magisk module
Ultra_Optimization_Reborn__v5.10.zip
Hey guys. I might develop a new version of this module soon and re-upload it to magiskmodule.com

Please be patient, as development will be very challenging and radically different. The new version will not support 32-bit processors. (Actually, it will, but without the ability to start the hibernation. I might solve this problem later)

Hibernator switches to C instead of C++

Well, guys. The new beta version is open source. Currently, it's only available for 64-bit devices. Please report any bugs here or send me a private message. I'm not responsible for anything.

The changelog is very extensive and is located in the module archive. There are, of course, many inconsistencies and shortcomings there. So, stay tuned for a new version. I think it won't be long in coming. Thanks everyone.

Please use the interactive menu!!!

su -c ultraopt or su -c /data/adb/modules/ultraoptreborn/system/bin/ultraopt

(The source code for the daemon is also in the archive)

UltraOpt Reborn
Advanced System Optimization Suite for Rooted Android Devices
UltraOpt Reborn is a comprehensive Magisk module designed to reduce power consumption, optimize overall system behavior, and automatically manage your device while the screen is offβ€”all without modifying the kernel or system partition.
Unlike many "performance tweak" modules, UltraOpt Reborn focuses on real efficiency, stability, and battery life rather than unrealistic performance claims. Every optimization is applied only when supported by the device, ensuring maximum compatibility and reliability.
What Happens After Installation?
Once installed, UltraOpt Reborn automatically configures your device and applies a wide range of optimizations that would normally require manual tweaking.
During screen-off, the module can automatically:
Switch the CPU governor to a power-saving mode.
Disable sensors (if supported by the device).
Use deep sleep (mem_sleep) when supported by the kernel.
Execute custom commands when the screen turns on or off.
Restore all original settings automatically when the device wakes up.
In addition, the module provides:
Reduced Android logging.
Network (TCP) optimization.
Memory optimization.
Background application management.
ART (Dexopt) optimization.
RAM cleaning.
Filesystem trimming (FSTRIM).
Safe boot-time system tweaks.
Everything is designed to work automatically with minimal user intervention.
Key Features
Smart Hibernation
Automatic CPU governor switching.

Highlights
Extremely low RAM usage.
Minimal CPU overhead.
Automatic hardware capability detection.
Fully interactive configuration.
English and Russian language support.
Safe installation and complete rollback.
Designed for stability, compatibility, and long-term reliability.
Philosophy
UltraOpt Reborn is built around a simple principle:
Optimize only what truly matters.

Instead of applying aggressive or unsafe tweaks, the module focuses on reducing unnecessary system activity, improving standby efficiency, and preserving the stability of your device.
The goal is not to make Android look fasterβ€”it is to make it work smarter, consume less power, and remain reliable during everyday use.

Guys, please tell me honestly. Is everything working fine with this module for you?
I didn't expect everything to work reliably for many. But there is one problem: in some cases, if you turn the screen on and off too often, the auto mode may mistakenly think that the powersave governor is the main CPU governor. Alternatively, you can set a specific CPU governor instead of auto mode, or increase the check interval through the interactive menu. (Only after that, restart the hibernator also through the interactive menu, because it no longer reads the configuration on the fly to reduce CPU load.)

# Unlock FPS / High Refresh Rate β€” module listing description

## How it unlocks FPS

Most OEM ROMs cap your refresh rate below what the panel physically
supports, or let games run at a forced 30/60 FPS regardless of your
display's real ceiling. This module reads your panel's actual maximum
refresh rate straight from the display driver at install time and locks the
framework's refresh-rate keys (debug.refresh_rate.*, user_refresh_rate,
miui_refresh_rate, and related HWUI/SurfaceFlinger tuning) to that value,
so the system consistently targets the panel's real limit instead of the
OEM's conservative default. On top of that, it applies a device-identity
adjustment that helps get past refresh-rate whitelists some games/OEM
skins use to gate high-FPS modes to "approved" flagship devices β€” this part
needs root and is fully reversible.

If your panel tops out at 90 Hz, you get a locked 90 Hz, not a fake 144 β€”
the module can't create refresh rates your hardware doesn't have.

## Works for most devices

Tested across MediaTek and Qualcomm chipsets. Refresh-rate detection and
locking work the same everywhere the framework exposes standard
dumpsys display / Settings keys; some of the extra tuning properties are
vendor-specific (Qualcomm HWC/gralloc, MIUI/HyperOS game-mode keys) and are
harmless no-ops on ROMs/chipsets that don't have them β€” the module doesn't
crash or misbehave if a property isn't recognized, it just does nothing
with it.

## Safe to use

Every change the module makes is a runtime property or settings value
(setprop / settings put / resetprop) applied by a script β€” nothing
touches your boot image, partitions, or anything Android needs to boot.
There's no bootloop risk from this module. Disabling it or uninstalling it
restores your device to stock values, including the device-identity part.

That said, "safe" means *reversible and won't brick your phone* β€” it
doesn't mean invisible. Locking a higher sustained refresh rate genuinely
increases power draw and heat versus the OEM cap (that's the point of the
module), and while the device-identity spoof is active, apps that check
your device model or build fingerprint will see the spoofed profile until
you turn it off. Both are by design, both fully reverse β€” just know they're
there rather than assuming "safe" means "does nothing."

## Works with your root manager

Compatible with Magisk, KernelSU, APatch, and AxManager.
Install through whichever manager app you already use β€” no special flashing
steps, no TWRP required.

Simply put, this module just unlocks FPS using ADB commands. If you also install it via Magisk (or other root managers), there will also be device spoofing on top to increase the chances of unlocking FPS in games (in theory, it can unlock the frame rate in any games).
