When Floridaβs child welfare system takes in a girl, the odds she will be trafficked for sex increase.
Florida exploited a loophole so it could keep sending vulnerable girls to group homes, despite a federal law that discourages their use. Teen girls at those homes have been preyed on by traffickers who sometimes βsharkβ the block, waiting for a girl to walk to the corner store.
Young people with a history of commercial sexual exploitation run away from group homes at an alarming rate, and those runaways are even more susceptible to sex trafficking. Yet, once theyβre gone,

You Killed One Million Iraqui's..!!
Forwarded from Sophie Patricia Davis
* WARNING *
Chlorine dioxide is a gas. It is commonly used to disinfect drinking water to be no greater than 0.8 parts per million (ppm)
And can be found within tap water to prevent bacterial diseases
(Fluoride would be used because of water being recycled)
When used in very small quantities to disinfect water, it is safe and does not lead to health risks
BUT chlorine dioxide is a disinfectant similar to bleach
When used in large quantities, it can be dangerous
It has no effect on the irreversible affect of gene altering injections and the potential of having HIV

COUNTER-CLAIM
In a court of law, a party's claim is a Counterclaim if one party asserts claims in response to the claims of another. In other words, if a plaintiff initiates a lawsuit and a defendant responds to the lawsuit with claims of his or her own against the plaintiff, the defendantβs claims are Counterclaims.
* In simple words, you were arrested by police. So you can make a Counterclaim by taking the policeman to court for false arrest, that breached your human rights under the human rights act 1998, article 8, right to a private life, for healthy individuals without underlying illnesses to meet a friend was eg criminalised under the COVID19 rules.
* You can make a private claim at a local county court or at the High Court of Justice in the Strand.
* Ask for a Claim Form to sue the police. The Clerk will ask how much money you are claiming. Can be eg Β£2 million or Β£20,000 or Β£2,000.
* The person who is making the claim is the CLAIMANT. The person you are taking to court is the DEFENDANT.
* When taking a policeman to court, must put THE CHIEF CONSTABLE OF (COUNTY?) Then underneath the CHIEF CONSTABLE, put the name and number of the policeman or list of policemen and badge number(s). (EG. sued as PC BLOGGS 6666) and the full address of the police station.
BRIEF DETAILS OF CLAIM.
Write brief details why you are making a claim (suing) the policemen.
1.first reason
2.second reason.
3.Third reason
4.fourth reason.
* VALUE
Write the amount of money you want to sue the DEFENDANTS.
* Does, or will, your claim include any issues under the Human Rights Act 1998? YES
* Particulars of Claim to follow.
*Then put your name and sign.
* Give CLAIM FORM back to the County Court or High Court. Will be stamped and given a CLAIM NUMBER.
