What is abuse.ch - FIGHTING MALWARE AND BOTNETS community driven threat intelligence on cyber threats. It is the home of a couple of projects that are helping internet service providers and network operators protecting their infrastructure from malware. IT-Security researchers, vendors and law enforcement agencies rely on data from abuse.ch, trying to make the internet a safer place.
With these updates, OpenBLD.net servers will be even faster and more efficient at detecting malicious domains, confidently competing with Quad9 and Cloudflare in terms of blocking harmful domains.

You can see the geographic distribution of victims in the attached image.
I discovered this malicious activity a few days ago, and after conducting research, I submitted the C2 servers to OpenBLD.net.
I hope this threat hasn’t affected anyone, but if it has, let’s hope the C2 servers will be blocked.

The part concerning the algorithms of front-end balancing of requests has been updated.
This concerns all protocols - DoT, DoH, DNS in ADA mode only.
- The mechanism for blocking abusers of the service has been updated
- The modes of balancing and parallelization of requests have been updated
- The parameters of TLS and its encryption would be updated
All changes have been checked and tested in browsers (chrome, brave), smartphones (Apple, Android), routers and it works!
The changes will be implemented gradually (each region, each week) in:
1. Asia
2. Europe
3. USA
The migration will be so fast that no body will notice the time it takes to migrate, however please pay attention to how everything will work👀 - faster/slower, will there be errors in the service, etc.
