We have made an improvement to the o3-pro model. Now it can continue the request after refreshing the page or connection lost on the website ( API can not reconnect). After many tests by us, we found that o3 pro is still very unstable and a simple question may still take long time to get the answer. And even never get the answer. Please wait OpenAI to improve it.

Updated:
1. Empty o3-pro/ deep research would not consume credits now. ( Empty response is due to the error in ChatGPT.
2. The API tool chain/thought process would be warped by your API client ( Cherry studio, or openwebui).

Our Cloudflare CDN service is very unstable recently and cause our website can not work. We have paid $250 to upgrade the plan from Pro to Business Plan. It seems no issue now. Not sure if it's the root cause, if you meet the issue again, please report to us. You may need to clean the browser cache to invalide the dirty cache in the browser.

Deep Research can export PDF file now! ( Only available to new researches). And we also fix a bug that research would refund the credits even if the answer is OK.
