Remain Silent Within (Part 1)!
Life is a beautiful journey in which we go through a lot of different circumstances. In all these situations which life presents, a very important mental state that we all require to keep is of thinking less and experiencing silence in thoughts. A silent mind gives an experience of contentment and happiness to the self and is the most natural state. We all play our roles in this physical world through the medium of our physical bodies. But our original state is one of silence. This is because our original home where we stay is called the soul world or the world of silence or the incorporeal (non-physical) world. In this world, we do not have bodies, but are tiny sparkling star like energies or souls, full of peace and without any thoughts.
As the soul comes down from the soul world into the physical world to play its role, it enters the womb of a mother for the first time and takes birth as a little new-born. This is its first birth. As its physical body gets older in age, it leaves the body at a certain age and enters another womb of a second mother and is born again and this process of birth and re-birth continues. But, an important thing to note is that as the soul goes through more and more births, it loses its purity and silence of thoughts. Even the quality of actions deteriorates. This is the process of the soul getting discharged in spiritual energy.

Remain Silent Within (Part 2)!
We are all originally peaceful and silent and all of us during our busy schedules want to experience silence, because that gives our minds rest. Why do we sleep everyday? At the end of a busy day full of thoughts, words and actions, we need some time to give the body some rest and also charge the mind. Also, the mind naturally wants to rest and not create too many thoughts. This is what happens in our sleep. But, if we take care during the entire day that while working on different tasks at the workplace or at home or with friends, that we think less, but positively and powerfully, then we would save a lot of energy of the mind. As a result we would perform better physically in all our actions.
To keep a silent state of mind does not mean that you don’t think but you think how much is required and take care that you do not create unnecessary thoughts. Also, you take care that apart from creating necessary thoughts related to the day-to-day actions, you also create positive thoughts which are based on the positive virtues or qualities of the soul. The positive qualities are peace, joy, love, bliss, purity, power and wisdom. This is called positive thinking and by thinking positive, the number of our thoughts will be less during the day. This is silence in action. Silence not only increases our efficiency, but it also keeps us more focused and mentally strong in different types of negative situations. Also, a mind which is concentrated and silent thinks clearly and as a result you take correct decisions. Even the body keeps physically healthy if our thoughts our reduced and also our relationships remain free from obstacles and full of joy and contentment.

To remain silent during the day and to train the mind to create lesser thoughts, the most important technique that can help us is starting the day with a few minutes of meditation and talking to the self. Meditation does not mean bringing your thoughts to a zero level but it is the process of creating a few positive and powerful thoughts about the inner self. We talk and think about our physical self the whole day, but meditation means thinking about the inner self or soul, which is non-physical. Also, we talk to ourselves about our original spiritual home, the world of silence or soul world; our spiritual form – which is a non-physical star like energy that cannot be seen with our physical eyes but can be perceived and experienced; our location in the body which is inside the brain, right at the centre, close to the pituitary gland; our spiritual Father – the father of the soul or God and our original qualities of peace, joy, love, bliss, purity, power and wisdom. This is meditation and it is a form of self-conversation, accompanied by visualization.
Also, meditation should be done for a few minutes before going off to sleep, so that the mind becomes silent. As a result, one can enjoy unbroken and silence filled sleep, without any disturbing thoughts and dreams. This is the key then to wake up fresh in the morning, not only physically, but mentally also. If our sleep is disturbance filled at the thought level, then we may wake up physically fresh, but we experience a mental tiredness or a lack of mental freshness. This makes us lazy the whole day and our actions are affected negatively by the same. So remain silent within and enjoy a beautiful day at work or at your home, performing every action with positivity and power and full of all qualities, which you keep sharing with others.

Identify The Filters In Your Life
Like different types and different colour filters on a physical level; on a spiritual level, there are many different types of filters that work in our lives e.g. the jealousy filter, hatred filter, attachment filter, fear filter, greed filter, etc. and many more. Due to these filters, we do not see people and things as they are, but as we are, because the filters are our own self-created ones. If we want to see people and things as they are, we need to check which filters are working most in our lives. Each one of us has different filters working to different extents, depending on our personality e.g. someone might have the jealousy filter working more regularly as compared to the fear filter in his/her life.
Because of these filters, everything that we see is not only coloured by the colour of the filter we are using at that time, but our look is also biased as we choose what to see, what to give more importance, what to be affected by more, what to let through the filter etc. and what not to. We have and form a deceptive vision of the things and people that surround us inside our minds. And the longer this deformed vision lasts, the more we will convince ourself that that is the true image of the world, because our filters continue to process new data depending on what they see that make the image stronger. This reinforcing of the incorrect image builds up our database of incorrect beliefs based on different filters and makes them stronger and stronger as we go through our life journey. Beliefs are fixed ways of looking at reality. Thus, the world that we perceive is no longer the real world, but a world created by our own mind. So in a way we become deaf and blind on a spiritual level towards the world. To heal this deafness and blindness, we do not have to remove each filter one after the other, which may become a difficult task; but we have to discover the pure, original internal self and start seeing everything without the filters, based on the pure-self point of view. As a result of that, gradually our incorrect beliefs start dissolving and correct beliefs start setting in based on our clean unfiltered view.

Overcoming Worry About What Others Think Of You (Part 1)
We all very commonly in our day-to-day lives come across different people in our family, our workplace and in our social interactions and they all hold different perceptions and opinions about us. Some of these thoughts that they carry in their minds are good about us and some can be negative and not very comforting for us to hear and know. How do we overcome this fear and worry of what others think of us? Let’s understand in this message –
1. Tell Yourself Everyday That You Are A Special Soul And A Beautiful Child Of God - Every morning as soon as you wake up, begin the morning with some nice and elevated thoughts about yourself. Praise yourself subtly and also think about your specialties and attainments in life. The more you do this, the more you will become detached from everyone and what they think of you. You will respect everyone but at the same time, you will understand and respect yourself and not be worried about what others think of you, especially if they are thinking wrong. At the same time, if they think something about you which is right, like about your weaknesses or some actions of yours, which you think needs improvement, you will give their opinion importance and bring those changes in yourself.
2. Take Short Time Breaks In The Day To Go Inwards And Reflect - A very common aspect of human lives nowadays is looking outwards and connecting with people the entire day. Most people are not taking out time to connect to the inner self and God, which is making them weak emotionally and that is why people get influenced by what others are talking about them and discussing about them. God tells us to connect with Him and remember Him nicely with love. The more we do that, the more others start liking us for everything we do and everyone offers their love, respect, support and co-operation to us because God is the seed of this entire tree of the world family. The more we love and respect God, that vibration radiates to the entire tree and every leaf of the tree or in other words every human soul offers the same to us at every step and thinks positively and nicely for us and if they sometimes think negatively for us, we transform their thinking with our positive vibrations.

Focus On Creating Positive Thoughts And A Positive Destiny - A very important dimension of spiritual wisdom is shaping your positive destiny, which means creating a life which is full of inner and outer attainments of all types. When we change our thoughts and make them positive, powerful and based on beautiful qualities and spiritual wisdom, our destiny changes. A soul who has understood this purpose of life is always focused on the self and believes in doing each and everything the entire day correctly and as God guides, so that this purpose is achieved. Such an enlightened soul does not focus at all on what people are saying and thinking about them and considers it a waste of time and thought energy.
4. Satisfy Everyone And Leave The Burden Of Your Relationships To God - As you walk the path of life, a very important aspect is to be content and make everyone content through your positive character and lifestyle. At the same time, we know that some of the people we interact with do not get satisfied as much as we expect or desire. This is because of their sanskaras, thought patterns and also because sometimes we lack perfection although we maybe having many qualities. This also happens because we have negative karmic accounts of this birth or some past births with some souls, who do not like us and may not respect us because of that. In all these cases, we should leave the burden of their negative and unnecessary thoughts which they have about us, to God. Taking Charge Of Your Responses In Close Relationships
In relationships with your loved ones, when looking at the other, sometimes positive emotions are generated and sometimes negative. On the one hand, joy, love and happiness is generated on being with them; but then attachment, dependency and expectations are generated. In such situations, you are more focused on others and are always looking at the other person's behavior, you stop seeing yourself and being aware of your reactions and taking the responsibility for the responses that you create. You get frustrated when the other person does not meet your expectations. As you depend on them, if they don't act as you would like, if they don't reach home or call you at the time you would like; all this frustrates you. You radiate this energy to the other: they are not doing what they should be doing and so you feel frustrated and discontented.
All the while that you hold the other one responsible for your frustration, you are not in charge of your own reactions, because you have given power to the other to dominate your emotional world. It is there that you lose your freedom. You lose your freedom because you give to the other, in the name of love, power over your own moods. You allow the other's energy to enter your inner world and cause inside you frustration, bad moods, irritation, sorrow and a mental and emotional dependence where you are constantly thinking about where they are, what they have to do, what they have to say, where they have to go, and all this consumes a lot of your mental energy. Wanting to control the other and the frustration that it brings with it uses up a lot of emotional energy.
In relationships with your loved ones, when looking at the other, sometimes positive emotions are generated and sometimes negative. Success And Its Right Essence (Part 1)
We all live our lives in the pursuit of many goals and achievements. Although, life presents to us different types of situations and life in its every moment has something to be achieved. It is in living every moment of our lives in happiness and contentment that true success is attained. On the other hand, reaching important goals and achieving important milestones in life in different spheres is very important. Yet while reaching these goals and milestones and on our journey towards reaching them, if we remain light and keep our actions positive and correct and as a result we remain happy, that is in fact true success.
Very often, when we try and move too fast to our goals, there can be some success achieved. But while reaching that goal if you perform actions that give sorrow to others or you are not honest or you lose hope and confidence or even for that matter your relationships or health our affected because of that, then that is not true success. Success means experiencing a sense of achievement at every step and not just when the final destination is reached. Also, success means sharing good wishes with each other and giving love to each other, giving blessings and taking blessings from each other, serving and sustaining everyone with good qualities and powers and being a good person. Materialistic success in wealth or role but not experiencing success in these different emotional and spiritual terms is not complete success and not 100% success.

Success has wrongly been defined as the happening of a positive event or reaching an important milestone in your life. We often say we have done well in an exam or we have got a degree or we overcame a serious illness or we finished a project at work. These are all outer events when something good happens in our life. We have always thought that success came from outside. On the other hand, success in every sphere of your life will be much more and much more long lasting if internally you are powerful, content and joyful and full of truth. This is because our internal state of mind along with our intelligence and other important personality traits and also our physical skills bring us success.
Sometimes our internal state of mind is very good but we lack positive skills and maybe a good physical personality suited for a task, and yet we do well in the task. This is because your inner state influences the task much more, even if you have not worked very hard or used too many skills. On the other hand, when our internal state of mind is sometimes not so positive, clear and powerful or our mind is full of unnecessary and negative thoughts but we are extremely talented and possess good intellectual skills, we don’t perform well in a particular task in life. In this case, the skills are not enough to achieve the required purpose. So, long term success is attained more by what we think and positivity in character than by the different positive skills and talents we possess externally.

If the thoughts are of worry, a lack of determination or a feeling of difficulty or you possess a negative attitude - that means you are not internally happy. This type of mindset is a negative start to the task and prevents success from being achieved. A positive and powerful thought and a happy thought is the fuel for everlasting success to be achieved. Determination attracts success and a lack of hope and positivity is sowing the seeds of failure. Also, there are many people who are looking to succeed fast and in a short span of time but they experience failure at the level of the heart. They are not only themselves discontented but no one will experience contentment from them. So, always look for success but before you reach those important milestones, which will always exist in your life, also look for happiness and contentment at every step. Otherwise, all those loved ones and the beautiful relationships you share with them and also the beautiful role that you take pure pride in will leave you. This is because many times, in trying to achieve too much and too fast, we are taking the wrong road to success. It is sometimes said – Success comes at a price. This holds for true for many young achievers. They have done a lot and done good, but they did not follow the real meaning of success and take the right path to success, as we have defined in this message.
Always remember, we are human beings not human doings. Always keep the being before the doing and success will be at your doorstep all through your life. Even if you achieve a little less on a physical level, you will achieve a lot more in terms of love and respect received from everyone around you. Also, the true wealth of happiness will be with you all through your life and you will live life much stronger and more peacefully.
