Today we celebrate and would like to appreciate all our market leaders for championing and making CHY MALL a household brand in many nations worldwide. Together we have achieved great milestone and together we will make our company one that will be loved and cherished by many. The world in which we live today is always blend with opportunities and challenges. As the world continues to suffer from the adverse effects of pandemic COVID-19, we need to innovate in order to adapt to the new dynamics. Change is therefore inevitable for those who want to remain competitive. What if the change is for better and greater for us in CHY MALL?



It is within this framework that CHY MALL will be bringing some slight changes into the system. These changes became necessary in order to guarantee our growth and sustainability and create new opportunities for all. Creating a trading platform that will last for several years remains our primary goal. Kindly take note of the following changes in the system starting today at 7.00am on 11 January 2021 (Ghanaian Time).



The new upgrades of the system will be as follows:



1. All new sales and registration to be based on: New points system 30% + 70% Consumption Points (CP) are used to activate New Accounts. The new points system must be purchased from the company and can only be purchased from the system. (THE SEED POINTS)



2. All withdrawals by members and customers are to be based on: 10% service fees + 20% CP + 70% CHY



3. Monthly maximum withdrawals adjusted from 400 CHY to 800 CHY (to follow the marketing plans levels VIP 1-VIP 7)

VIP package levels smaller than $400, maximum monthly withdrawal amount is $400;

VIP package levels larger than $800, maximum monthly withdrawal amount is $800



4. Applicable to the old members and customers since 2019-2020, after trading in the new retail and wholesale areas, the income and profits obtained from trading is therefore calculated as follows:

(A) Members who have used the ADVANCE CREDIT PROGRAM (ACP) are to repay at 30% to ACP and the remaining 70% will be in CP. After repaying the ACP, the income and profits are all based on 100% Consumption points CP.

(B) Members who have not used ADVANCE CREDIT PROGRAM (ACP) at all will be based on the existing and previous normal trading profits and income.



We hope you take note of these better changes and learn it properly and educate your fellow friends and family, members and customers. We hope you can now see the opportunities in these changes. SUMMARY AND DEVELOPMENTS OF THE COMMUNIQUE 36.2



1. CHY MALL has introduced a new point system to be known as The SEED POINTS. New registration must be made with 30% of SEED POINTS (which only can be purchased from the company) and then 70% of Consumption Points.



2. GOOD NEWS -- The SEED POINTS are now made possible to be transferred by P2P options. That means you do not need any CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAMS and others to do the work. You can do it on your own. It can be transferred within and outside of your own networks. We made it possible that it can be transferred from your direct uplines and to your direct downlines and other members and customers without any restrictions. Please give it a try.



3. The SEED POINTS are meant for registering new seeds of members and customers. It cannot be converted into CHY Points and Consumption Points.



4. By registering and becoming members and customers of CHY Mall, you consent and agree to all the terms and conditions of CHY Mall, whether you registered since the inception (2019) or newly registered in 2021. Since 2019, we are a proud E-Commerce company and we have genuinely helped many members and customers achieved success. We strongly recommend potential members and customers to read the terms and conditions before signing up as our customers and members. Failure to do so, you might have missed out important information of fulfilling your duties and obligations as a customer and member of CHY Mall.

This is an E-Commerce trading platform providing online stores for you, partners and family good health and wellbeing. But some people misunderstand and misinform customers and members about being in an investment so we strongly discourage members and customers doing that. As a result, once again, we urge all Service Centre SC leaders and customer and members alike to continue motivate and inspire each other the right way and knowledge. Kindly take charge and be an example if there is anyone fail to understand the latest communications. You are the ambassador of the company and hence we trust you will protect the company together. Please be advised henceforth the company does not encourage multiple accounts creation and drastic moves will be implemented soon to curb all the said multiple accounts holders. You do need only one online store to run the trading business on CHY Mall. Not two or more.



2.. NEW UPDATES -- If you were enrolled in the Advance Credit Program (ACP), from now, 50% of your earnings will be going into repaying the Advance Credit Program (ACP), while 40% goes into your Consumption Points CP and 10% in CHY Points which is withdrawable. You can use the said 40% of Consumption Points to direct share with and register new members and customers if they like your opportunities in the business together. You can even choose the cash out the 10% of CHY.

Note: Please be advised the effective date for the abovementioned will be done in a week’s time as the IT departments are working around the clock to effect the change. It does not happen at anytime. Please be patient and do not create confusions among members and customers.



3. NEW UPDATES – The Seed Points name is now officially renamed as The Activation Points. The function is still the same as before.
