🗒️ In South Korea, some medical graduates fulfill their military obligations by serving as public health doctors rather than enlisting as soldiers. Plastic surgeon Do Ji Ui is one of them, but his assignment places him on Pyeondong-do, a remote and isolated island notorious for being avoided by everyone else. From the moment he arrives, strange and unsettling events make it clear that life on the island will be far more difficult than he expected.
