As you all are aware My wife was diagnosed with 3rd Stage CANCER in the month of June 2022. which was completely shocking for us. We started further treatment on the same day & later followed by Chemotherapy. Before the first chemo, we already spent approx 1Lakh on all the required tests to know everything about Cancer. On the day of Chemotherapy when we applied for Cashless in

our Insurance was rejected from @careinsuranceIN.
@careinsuranceIN gave reason that we did not disclose abt Disease b4 taking policy & the policy was taken in Sep 2021. We have completed 7 Chemotherapy and 1 more to go. Total expenses have gone up to 5Lakths & now we need another 4Lakhs approx for surgery & radiation therapy. We submitted every chemo document & hospital bills for reimbursement but again it was rejected giving the same reason. Such insurance companies just look for a reson to reject. I request everyone to REWEET about this & If i have paid for policy I am eligible for Claim. Cancer is the second leading cause of death globally, accounting for an estimated 9.6 million deaths. Cancer treatments are very costly, Just imagine how a middle-class individual can afford such expenses. Today it happened in my family & we know what situation we are going through both Mentally & Financially. If we raise our voice these Insurance companies won't dare to reject. I don't know if ill be able to fight such a big brand alone, but If you guys help & Retweet & if reach higher authorities then we could help people who have faced or facing these rejections from Insurance Companies.
