Focused on the business and operational side of the music industry, covering A&R, marketing, branding, release planning, project management, and live event production — learning how labels support artists and bring music projects to life.

Artist Track 🎤🎸🎹📝
Designed for aspiring artists, exploring artistic identity, songwriting, performance, branding, and how to navigate a sustainable music career.

Mentees from both tracks will collaborate closely, culminating in a final showcase on 27 Mar 2026 — fully planned, executed, and performed by YOU, the participants of S.Y.N.C.
