Dear Communities,

On March 24th, DragonEx has encountered attacks from hackers, our users’ crypto assets and Platform crypto assets were transferred and stolen. Part of the assets were retrieved back, and we will do our best to retrieve back the rest of stolen assets. Several Judicial administrations were informed about this cyber crime case including Estonia, Thailand, Singapore, HongKong etc. and we’re assisting policemen to do investigation. All platform services will be closed and the accurate assets loss recovery situation will be announced in a week. For the loss caused to our users, DragonEx will take the responsibility no matter what.

DragonEx was attacked by hackers on March 24th. After speaking with them, we have been told that RSTR is safe and was not effected. Currently the exchange is frozen while they work with local law enforcement to investigate the situation. DragonEx will provide updates as soon as they know more within the week.

This is just another recent example of why you should not keep your funds on an exchange. The safest place for you investment is in your wallet. We will keep you guys updated with any new information that becomes available. Thank you.

After making efforts day and night, DragonEx will reopen trading service, and before that DragonEx will help to cancel some orders whose prices violated a lot.

Due to synchronization and security examining for hot wallet and cold wallet, DragonEx will open deposits and withdrawals for other currencies gradually and no later than April 30th.

「Security Issue」
We will learn from this expensive lesson and completely eradicate the same issue to play the role of Assets Goal-keeper for our users.In the last 10 days, we have completed the following improvement in security, including but not limited to
• Have strengthened hot wallet, the private key has been encrypted to ensure the safety of the hot wallet.
• Multi-level cold wallet is added to achieve complete physical isolation and disperse the fund.
• Completely separate the development network from the operation network, and utilize enterprise-level firewall to ensure the security of the internal network unable be invaded.
• Have set safety regulations and procedure to ensure that no one can have access to the hot wallet and cold wallet alone.
• Have cooperated with top network security company to conduct continuous systematic security inspection and maintenance.
• Have set up a security team to monitor the data and assets all day round.
• Will cooperate with Public Chain to build Decentralized Exchange and offer both decentralized asset custody and centralized assets custody.

「Open Platform」
DragonEx Open Platform will provide open platform services including DragonLogin, DragonPay and DragonWallet for quality projects to bring traffic to robust products and provide with more application scenarios for users. 

Godice was influenced at this time and will be temporarily delisted. The fund in the Prize Pool will be returned to contributors’ accounts according to the share before the trading opening.

「DT 2.0」
To better serve the whole DT community and enhance the affordability of unexpected accidents, and show confidence on the long-term development of DragonEx, Special DT Investment Fund will be set up.

Investor: GEEK BLOCKCHAIN CAPITAL (abbr. GBC)
Fund Size: 3.7million USDT
Fund Management: DragonEx will hire qualified Fund manager to mange the fund.
Way of contribution: GBC will pay 3.7million USDT at a time and DragonEx will offer 3.7million DT mined out from April 4, 2019 to April 3, 2020 and DT will be transferred to GBC each day according to the mining amount which will be frozen forever.
(During which, DragonEx will continue to burn the left half amount of DT )
Investment Scope: Including but not limited to DT and mainstream currencies, futures, asset packages on Open Platform etc..
Equity: Special DT investment Fund belong to all DT holders. (DragonEx Management Team will launch voting plan at right time to decide the allocation of profit from the Special DT Investment Fund)

DragonEx management team will ensure the assets of the fund are subject to public supervision and public the account to change DT’s single dividend attribute and bring DT asset value attribute. With the help of professional fund management, we believe DT will enjoy value preservation and appreciation with net asset back up.

「DT Ecological Fund」
All DT produced during March 25 and April 3 will be put into DT Ecological Fund and part of the profits from all products on Open Platform will be used to help the fund continue the DT buy back and burn.

「DT Privileges」

1.DT will be the only investment token for investment packages and for all products on DragonEx Open Platform. 
2.DT as the payment currency on DragonEx and will be used including but not limited to pay for all products on DragonEx Open Platform.

We recently notified the RSTR community that we have been working on fixing our exchange situation. We started with the delisting of CoinExchange, which will officially be delisted on 6/17/2019.

At our request, BleuTrade has now removed the RSTR/ETH pairing. Going forward, RSTR will trade BTC only at DragonEx and BleuTrade in an effort to bring consistancy across our exchanges and correcting a decision that was not initiated by this project.

Hello Ondori (RSTR) Community,
 
I hope this message finds you well and filled with anticipation for what lies ahead. It’s been a journey, hasn’t it? And while the road may have been silent for a while, rest assured, the story of Ondori is far from over. In fact, we’re just getting started on the next chapter.
 
Life has its twists and turns, and I, like many of you, have felt the weight of its demands. I’ve poured my heart, soul, and resources into this project, but priorities in my life required me to step away for a while. Family, health, and personal obligations demanded my attention, and regrettably, Ondori had to take a backseat.
 
During my time away, I observed from afar. I did not try to interfere or deter those within the community to explore other opportunities for Ondori investors thru potential swaps, community airdrops and other initiatives. I believed the community deserved every opportunity to take advantage of any financial opportunity presented to them, and it is why I never shut those ideas down.
 
My commitment to RSTR and our community never wavered and I’ve longed for the opportunity to return. Now, with some of my time freed up, I’m ready to dedicate myself once again to Ondori and to you, our valued community members.
