I was frustrated all day today… sorry. It’s just that being forced to exist among those people makes everything feel like purgatory. I can’t help but wonder why they feel so repulsive to me. We are perverted too, but within our perversion, I can still perceive beauty. There is something honest in our distortion. Something human.

Meanwhile, their perversion is repulsive. It makes me want to vomit. It isn’t even about their desires themselves, but about the emptiness of their words, the noise of their presence. Just listening to them talk makes me nauseous. They drain me. They contaminate the air.

I want to be isolated, locked away in my room, far from all of this. I’ve seen enough of real life to know it isn’t worth abandoning my hikkikomori ways. There is nothing out there that justifies the sacrifice. Nothing truly meaningful waiting beyond the door.

The world feels reduced to us — and beyond that, nothing. And perhaps that nothingness is more honest than what they call “living.”
