I’m not addicted to smartphones at all. I don’t know if you guys can relate, but it feels so stupid to spend all day on a smartphone. I think I feel this way because I come from a time before smartphones, when I spent all day online but on computers instead. I hate typing on smartphones, and using a browser on them is simply unbearable. I honestly can’t understand how people are so glued to them. To me, the only useful things about smartphones are listening to music and occasionally taking pictures.

I know... I live in a city that resembles Guri City from Haibane Renmei. I did quite a bit of research before moving here. I know it’s risky, but finding a place that truly suits your needs can completely change your life. Don’t cling to your hometown as if it were everything in the world, you can move wherever you want. And don’t worry if things go wrong because you can always go back.
