I long for something simple. I want to create a comfort zone with someone. But every time someone of the opposite sex approaches me, that’s not what they want. They desperately want to prove themselves, to show how interesting they are, and they start vomiting their ambitious and “complex” side onto me: “I’m an artist,” “I’m a musician,” “I want to create this and that.” And I feel an overwhelming desire to disappear from their presence.

They can’t tolerate simple conversation. I want to know about their day. I want that kind of connection. But all everyone seems to be seeking is a cheap sense of depth — and that only makes everything feel even more shallow to me.

I don't like the idea of people working as "front-end web developer" because I truly don't believe that front-end web should be something aimed to professionals. CSS and HTML should be basic knowledge to everyone using internet — I can understand the professional side of the backend, you ought to have someone professional to build a e-commerce platform, but landing pages? People used to build their own blogspace back in the days, things should have remained like that.

I already criticized russia a lot, and every time I do it, a lot of russians actually agree with me(?) so it's not fun at all...

I used to think like "I shouldn't say this, quite corny, quite generic..." but I never realized that, for the normal people, the corny and generic talk, is something very original and profound. I started saying things that I deeply find corny, and it improved my social skills a lot.

mental notes: the predictable, is not always predictable for them; the cliche is not always cliche for them; the corny is usually deep for them.

I’m so excited to take pictures. The black cybershot is missing its charger, so I just bought one online — it will probably arrive next week. The other cybershot uses AA batteries, which are way more expensive to keep replacing… whatever, I bought some duracells!

The problem is that the memory stick is a proprietary Sony format, so I also need to buy an adapter to transfer the pictures from the camera to my PC. Because of that, neither cybershot is usable right now…

BUT I CAN USE THE SAMSUNG ONES!!
