Everything feels like propaganda. I open youtube and everything seems useless — just pretentious thumbnails designed to make you click. The same goes for every other major social media platform.
I go outside and I’m struck by the sheer number of stores everywhere — everyone is either selling something or buying something. It feels overwhelming to live surrounded by that.
Everyone has an objective, whether it’s to buy or to sell, and if you don’t fit into those expectations, you’re seen as a disturbance. If you don’t want to buy or sell, you become an annoyance to others.
