The point about helping with anxiety and depression is not even remotely true.

Regarding depression: Jerking off every day is one of the causes of your depression, and you will only realize it once you stop.
Regarding anxiety: Every single vice makes you feel less anxious in the moment—this is just a common pattern for any vice—but in reality, your vice is making your anxiety worse.
