Why your models appearance isn't THAT important... 💸⤵️

Been seeing a lot of sales recently going through Dropfans, Fangate & UNLOCKBL.

The one key reason why sales increase is because more people are at home, scrolling, seeing your marketing.

It is important to remember that the most important part of this business is NOT:
❌ How perfect your model is
❌ What platform you choose to make sales on

But rather the marketing that gets you the customer to begin with.

Any mf out here can make an AI girl, it requires no skill at all to get 10 OK pictures.

But can you market the h03 ?

That's what separates the big agencies from the mediocre ones.

I've worked together with some of the biggest global agencies in this space.

They dont even have the hottest girls, the average girl could be a 5.5/10 and they still make MILLIONS monthly.

Stop obsessing over the Model. Obsess over perfecting traffic and the rest will happen naturally.

Spending the least year almost solely on getting banking connections, talking with serious companies in the high risk industry (adult, gambling, etc) I've learned a lot..

Something I thought I'd share here is why PayPal is not allowing AI NSFW content sales at all...

obviously, VISA/MasterCard both allow AI NSFW sales under strict regulations, since PayPal does not it's costing VISA/MC a LOT of lost revenue.

What the big CC companies (credit card) have decided to do is to start FINING paypal until they allow sales of AI NSFW content.

This means that even VISA/MC see that this is a growing industry, and are putting pressure on others to accept the sale of AI content.

The lesson or knowledge I am trying to share here is that we are in a VERY NEW industry, the "AI" labels on Fanvue will not necessarily be permanent, everyone is just getting settled in this new market, that literally didn't even exist until a year ago.

Just a little beacon of hope for everyone who is in the AI OFM industry 🤝

The whole team has been focusing a lot on building up Dropfans lately guys 💸💸

Been taking almost all of our effort. Now we are starting to move all our resources over to KVIQA again as that is our main product.

– iMessage integration
– Fanvue improvements (no good CRM rn for Fanvue, so we'll take care of that)
– Combined inboxes.. (yeah, kinda what it sounds like)

I am also in talks with a load of big chatting agencies to hook all KVIQA users up with chatting as soon as you use the platform.

This will allow you to focus on your model & traffic, leaving the sales and payment splits to KVIQA...

Let's talk about AI Chatbots for OFM... 💸

I've seen way too many cappers claiming their AI is exactly the same as a human chatter. As someone who actually built an AI Chatbot, let me clear this up:

No AI is on human level yet. Anyone saying otherwise is LYING.

We noticed while building ours that while it can be insanely good, the pure adaptability and emotional intelligence of a human chatter is completely unbeaten.

Name an AI Chatbot in the OFM space – we’ve tested it and probably spoken to the founders. None of them are that good.

Peter Thiel recently noted that standard ChatGPT has basically passed the Turing test (read here📱). But spoiler alert: the NSFW LLMs have NOT reached this stage yet.

Keep that in mind when someone tries to sell you on full automation. AI is a great timewaster filter (like KVIQBOT), but right now, real chatters still win.

That won't be true forever, but honesty is KEY. Watch out for the cappers. 💸

Not gonna namedrop btw, but its ALL of them. Name one chatbot and they definitely exaggerate its capability.

There are 2 main problems for people in the OFM industry for newer users.

1. Traffic
2. Chatting

Today we have taken a step to fix the Chatting situation for any users who choose KVIQA 💸⤵️

We are rolling out our new KVCS (KVIQA Chatting Services)

The goal is to make chatting accesible to as many users as possible to ensure they only need to focus on one of the 2 problems, that being the traffic part.

On KVIQA you will soon be able to request KVCS, which will be managed by multiple real life chatting agencies as interchangeable partners.

KVCS will be rolled out slowly to ensure functionality. Chatting agencies are verified by us and given special permissions to be part of KVCS.

The idea is simple, one small agency is not worth the time of an agency. But multiple smaller agencies put together is all of a sudden plenty of traffic to be worth it.

The way we do this is to ensure Inboxes are seamless to reduce all friction a chatting agency would typically have when dealing with multiple clients.

We will be posting in the Updates Channel about KVCS as we roll it out.

First users are using it starting today...

Seeing all the money being generated using KVIQA is just insane to watch.

In 2024 (October-ish) when we launched our first version of KVIQA we only intended to use it for our own agency.

July 25th 2025 we made KVIQA public (as KVIQVIEW)...

We literally had 8 users for the first 3 months of KVIQVIEW being out there.

Now at close to 1400 agencies/creators, its becoming a full on community.

Obviously there are other CRM:s, mostly in the OF/Fansly space, but we feel they lack a close connection to users.

We build KVIQA together. It's like having an office-space but only 1 dude can affect things, makes no sense...

We are right now most likely the biggest Telegram CRM for the OFM space.

We are definitely the only ones with serious payment processing solutions.

KVIQA has been our main focus for this past year, and will continue to be for the visible future.

So Telegram got removed from the App Store last night 📱🚨

It's back now obviously, but this shook a lot of CRM:s in the Telegram space.

The point with KVIQA is to keep earning regardless if one single application fails.

Telegram down? Switch to iMessage or WhatsApp.

Payment provider down? Switch payment providers.

If all your money is on OF and it goes down, you're out of business.

We're still just in the PPV business. Doesn't need to be centralized to a single platform.

That's the "mission statement" with KVIQA 💸

We just launched the iMessage CRM 💸📱

Requires some hardware from our end which we have invested in. iMessage is far more resource demanding than Telegram for a CRM.

Therefore we are rolling it out in limited numbers for users who can guarantee performance.

As we expand the iMessage features of our CRM more spaces will open.

More details will follow in the coming weeks as we invest in scaling up this brand new avenue of PPV sales.

Nobody is offering an iMessage CRM for NSFW content.

We are literally the only CRM doing it.

And right now the only CRM with licenses for NSFW content.

Awaiting to see if we get any competition. Although, they will definitely be years behind forever.

This is a brand new market. And undoubtably the future of PPV sales.
