What’s the most productive way to have a rest? Psychological club in English.
In two days (19.02) at 19:00 the club is taking place in a restaurant “О, Куба” (Rubinstein street, 36, metro station Dostoyevskaya, Vladimirskaya). The topic is “What’s the most productive way to have a rest?”
We’ll discuss:
⁃ how often you have to rest,
⁃ is it possible to spend less time on your rest but feel way better than before,
⁃ if your rest should be productive,
⁃ what we can call true rest.
The club is held in English, level required is B1 and higher.
All participants get a handout where there’s useful vocabulary and questions to discuss.
