As part of Kyber’s approach of progressive decentralization and our plan to transfer more control to the @KyberDAO, token/reserve listing decisions will be undertaken by KyberDAO members (KNC stakers). This is done in small batches to enable a much more efficient listing process while providing some degree of community oversight and discourse. Details can be found in our KLP framework https://github.com/KyberNetwork/KIPs/blob/master/KIPs/kip-5.md/
KLP-1 marks the first time we will make a decision together as one KNC community regarding which new tokens/reserves are approved or rejected!
