Change of Venue of the 2023 Batch 'B' Stream II Orientation Course for Borno State

The venue of the Borno State NYSC Orientation Camp has been changed.

All Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) deployed to Borno are to reprint their Call-up letters from the NYSC portal.

The date of the commencement of the Orientation Course has also been changed to 18th August 2023.

All affected PCMs are to report on the dates printed on their Call-up letters.

ATTENTION ALL 2023 BATCH ''B' STREAM 2 MARRIED FEMALE PROSPECTIVE CORPS MEMBERS

All married female Prospective Corps members (PCMs) who are deployed to States where their husbands are not domiciled should report to the nearest NYSC Orientation Camp for their State of Deployment to be changed.

They are to report during the period of registration at the Orientation Camps with the copies of their marital and other relevant documents as evidence.

*SUSPENSION OF THE ACCREDITATION OF 23 CYBER CAFE BUSINESS OPERATORS (CBOS)*


I am directed to inform you that NYSC Management having investigated the activities on the CBO portal, have suspended some CBOs that have uploaded misleading or useless documents to the NYSC portal as part of request for Marital Concession of female Prospective Corps Members (PCMs). These include the Examination Results of the Husband or someone else, NIN of the PCMs father etc.

Consequently, the Management have suspended 23 CBOs for three (3) days during the 2023 Batch 'C' NYSC online registration.

These 23 CBOs risk the permanent withdrawal of their NYSC CBO accreditation if they continue contravening Section 3.0 (Sanctions/Penalties) which states as follows:
3.0.1 Cyber Cafe Operator found to engage in the following practices shall have their accreditation revoked for a period to be determined by the NYSC Management:
i. Aiding and abetting Prospective Corps Members to upload fake Certificate, Results and other documents.

All NYSC Accredited CBOs are therefore advised to be extra careful in the upcoming NYSC online registration.

NOTIFICATION OF PHYSICAL VERIFICATION OF CREDENTIALS AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS OF FOREIGN TRAINED GRADUATES OF THE 2023 BATCH ‘C’ STREAM I SERVICE YEAR.

This is to inform all foreign trained graduates who registered online for the 2023 Batch ‘C’ service year, whose credentials and travel documents are yet to be physically verified that the verification exercise has been scheduled to hold from Monday 23rd -Friday 27th October, 2023.

Foreign trained Prospective Corps Members are expected to appear for the exercise in their chosen centres.

a. As part of the measures put in place for stress free exercise Prospective Corps Members are expected to strictly report on the date and time specified on the verification slip.
b. You are to present all original credentials, travel documents and registration with professional bodies (MDCN, PCN, NMCN,etc) as uploaded online during registration.
c. Furthermore, you are to adhere strictly to the date and time assigned to you for the smooth conduct of the exercise.
d. You are to note that only persons whose credentials are duly physically verified and cleared will be deployed, exempted, or excluded from National Service.
