- NSDL has appointed CDSL as the designated depository for monitoring specified limits under various regulations

- Accordingly, the ISIN of NSDL is now activated/unfreezed and shares of NSDL are now freely transferrable through e-DIS/DIS slips w.e.f 30 April 2025.

- Investors no longer need to use manual Share Transfer Application process to transfer their shares.

- Activation of ISIN was an important step towards listing NSDL on bourses.
