The only thing we learn from this article is that the headline sells a deception. Or maybe that the emphasis should be on "liberal" since the article makes it clear that globalization itself is still right on course.
People need to wake up from the delusion that the Great Reset Russian style somehow offers humanity liberation.
The idea is a scam being sold by snake oil merchants, Wild optimists and the terminally clueless.
The Great Reset as conceived by the global predators always involved
1. collapsing the western economies
2. sinking the petrodollar
3. relocating the economic hub in the east.
4. Implementation of digital currency as a means of total control
So far the plan is being facilitated perfectly (and completely fortuitously of course) by Russia's "special operation" in Ukraine and the West's suicidal response.
If you are cheering this you are being conned into welcoming your own impoverishment and imprisonment.

They REALLY don't want us to forget about Hunter's laptop do they? Strange considering it's allegedly so devastating for the West and contains (allegedly) all that embarrassing info about those "biolabs", which, of course, NO ONE wanted to come out - hence Nuland talking about them on TV and the Daily Mail running endless exclusives.
