The WHO is changing their International Health Regulations…& that’s NOT good

May 22nd is the start of the World Health Organisation’s 75th annual World Health Assembly, in Geneva. Funnily enough, that’s the same day the World Economic Forum’s DAVOS summit begins over on the other side of Switzerland.

A coincidence, to be sure.

In the run-up to these big days on the globalist calendar, there’s been a lot of discussion of the WHO’s proposed “pandemic treaty”. Everyone from Russell Brand to GBNews has been talking about it, and that’s good.

The treaty represents a huge threat to national sovereignty and individual liberty, with proposed clauses including international digital IDs and even incentivizing third-world nations to exaggerate or even create a future “health emergencies”.

So, you can’t have too much awareness…but it also shouldn’t be our exclusive focus.

The treaty is only in the very early stages, with even the earliest draft version not expected until August...

Under the planned new WHO rules, the machinery is put in place that can create a “potential pandemic” out of thin air whenever they want...

Step 1: Some Big Pharma lab can report exaggerated/doctored/made-up data to the WHO, claiming a health emergency in some Poor African Country.

Step 2: The WHO, no longer having to verify this data with the named country, immediately declares a “potential emergency”.

Step 3: Under the NEW “potential emergency” rules, an Emergency Committee is created.

Step 4: Since any “impacted nation” automatically gets a seat on the committee the US/EU/China will always be able to insert their own “experts” into any “emergency” by claiming they are “impacted” due to trade routes or financial ties or human rights or…whatever.

Step 5: The “experts” placed on the panel “confirm” Big Pharma’s data (without ever revealing many of them either have worked or still work for Pfizer/Merck/GSK et al.)

Step 6: If the Poor African Country denies there is any health emergency within their borders, they will be brought before the “compliance committee” which will review their healthcare infrastructure, find it wanting, and offer them “financial support” and “technical assistance” to “better detect possible pandemics in the future”.

Step 7: If the Poor African Country’s president knows what’s good for him he will immediately realise he does have a pandemic going on after all. If not – his health may take a speedy decline.

And bingo - you have a PANDEMIC!

I’m often asked what do I think will be the next, serious pandemic. I point out that there’s never been such a thing. Just talk of one.

It’s interesting that on our side, no one else seems to have realised that what they’re forever warning us about - a high lethality, highly infectious pathogen - is as close to impossible as it gets.

Historically, the long run evidence for that is (1) we’re still here & (2) no other mammal has been decimated by respiratory viral illnesses, either.

In both cases, the reason is obvious, once you drill down a level or two.

I use to illustrate one data point low lethality, high infectious) the common cold. Why do these whizz around the world continually? The answer is that even when you’ve got one, you’re mostly only very slightly ill. Most of us don’t stay home with a cold, so we’re busy transmitting our bugs.

Take a high lethality, low transmissible pathogen, like Ebola. First, it makes you ill the day you acquire it. No way are you traveling about. Same even if it’s a high transmissible pathogen. The key is, if it makes you ill early & that knocks you down, you’re always at home when it matters. 

Result: self-extinguishing outbreaks, like MERS. 

So I don’t think what they’re saying is even possible. You’d need to build in something that doesn’t happen: high transmission while you have no symptoms. Doesn’t happen. Cannot happen.

And respiratory is the Achilles Heel of animal to animal transmission. In other diseases, transmission is also poor, requiring extended & intimate contact. Quite easy to avoid.

All we need is a lot more people using the sense they were born with.

SECRETS OF OPINION-MANAGEMENT #1

If you have a fake oppositional narrative you can use the good cop/bad cop psychological technique to sell an agenda by a devious route.

Suppose you want to sell a specific agenda but you know no one will like it.

1️⃣ You create a plausible Good Cop/Bad Cop binary in the public mind.

2️⃣ You get Bad Cop to aggressively promote Agenda A.

3️⃣ You get Good Cop to oppose Agenda A and promote Agenda B.

4️⃣ People naturally resist Agenda A because Bad Cop is promoting it

5️⃣ People think Agenda B is much better because Good Cop is promoting it.

4️⃣ Bad Cop then reluctantly bows to "public pressure" and agrees to Agenda B

What no one realizes until too late is that Agenda B is what you really wanted people to buy all along. 🤫

And that's how you get people to demand their own enslavement

In this time of mindblowing levels of manipulation the most important thing we can do is be aware that propaganda isn't just the blaring of a single POV from our TV screens.

It's subtler, more devious, more nuanced than that. In fact the real propaganda will often be the message you don't even realise you are being fed...

The UK’s National Health Service (NHS) has recently edited their Monkeypox page to alter the narrative to make monkey pox sound scarier.

Up until a few days ago, according to archived links, the Monkeypox page said this, regarding person-to-person tranmission [emphasis added]:

"It’s very uncommon to get monkeypox from a person with the infection because it does not spread easily between people..."

…THIS HAS NOW BEEN TOTALLY REMOVED

Secondly, they’ve removed this paragraph, which was present up until at least November of 2021 (and maybe much more recently, there are no archives between November and May) [emphasis added]:

"[Monkeypox] is usually a mild illness that will get better on its own without treatment. Some people can develop more serious symptoms, so patients with monkeypox in the UK are cared for in specialist hospitals..."

The new “treatment” paragraph reads [again, emphasis added]…

"Treatment for monkeypox aims to relieve symptoms. The illness is usually mild and most people recover in 2 to 4 weeks […] You may need to stay in a specialist hospital, so your symptoms can be treated and to prevent the infection spreading to other people..."

So, they're already blatantly changing the story. Why are they doing that?...

This morning, on one of the WEF’s live-streamed panels, Alibaba Holdings President J. Michael Evans claimed that the company is working on an app that could track an individual users carbon footprint.

The former-Goldman Sachs vice-chairman told the audience of the “Strategic Outlook: Responsible Consumption” panel:

"..We’re developing, through technology, an ability for consumers to measure their own carbon footprint. What does that mean? That’s where are they travelling, how are they travelling, what are they eating, what are they consuming on our platform. So: An individual carbon footprint tracker.”

Now, to clarify, Evans was only talking about Alibaba’s platform…but that’s a big platform.
