For those that have swollen joints or other inflammation I've found bay leaf to be incredibly effective, I had a sudden very swollen knee at the beginning of this year, bad enough that I nearly couldn't go to work..not able to drive/walk. It took a few days and the swelling went right down. Half a bay leaf twice a day in my mouth between my gum and cheek, spit out when if crumbles into bits. Castor oil treatment externally for a couple of hours for a few days and everything is 100%.
I bought the bay leaves in a shop on the herbs and spices rack, dried in a jar. I don't know what the difference would be between those dried ones and fresh.

Generator for sale,
