خداوند بندگانى دارد كه نعمت ها را در اختيار آنان نهاده است. تا زمانى كه اين نعمت ها را به مردم بذل و بخشش كنند، آنها را در ميانشان نگه مى دارد و هرگاه دريغ ورزند نعمت ها را از آنان به ديگران منتقل مى كند
