🇬🇧Odesa residents who live outside of our city must tell the truth about what is happening in their native city. This was stated by the Mayor of Odesa, Gennady Trukhanov, in an interview with Euronews.

“There are two types of Odessans - scattered and concentrated. The scattered live all over the world. Concentrated - those who are in Odesa. We often say: we do not live in Odesa. Odesa lives in us,” Trukhanov said.

According to him, everyone who is now outside Odesa, who considers himself an Odesa citizen and loves his city, can and must express his position.

“This also refers to Odesa residents who live on the territory of the russian federation. We need to talk about what is happening in our city. Be bolder, speak openly,” the Mayor emphasized.
He also thanked all Odesa residents for their courage and willingness to fight for their city.
“Odesa will stand. Odesa - is a Hero City. We will fight for our every street,” said Gennady Trukhanov.

Addressing the people and politicians of Slovakia, I stressed that we must strengthen our unity and put pressure on Russia until we see that victory has been achieved.
I know that a donors' conference will be held in Bratislava in June to activate assistance for Ukraine.
I am grateful to everyone who participates in its organization, including the GLOBSEC think tank. And I believe that we will be able to discuss specific projects to restore normal life in different regions of Ukraine at this Bratislava site.
Because the more actively we cooperate, the more we put pressure on Russia. And the more we strengthen European unity, the clearer the contours of our victory are.
