The department proposed the action "Donate blood - save life" and all the workers of communal enterprises supported this initiative.
"Donor blood is necessary for defense and health of Ukrainians. It also saves those who struggle with serious diseases and is very necessary for those who defend our country, so we must be responsible and help our country by all possible means," noted the director of the department, Nataliya Mostovskikh.
If you are not indifferent to the fate of our defenders and citizens who need help - you are welcome to join the action!

A UNESCO session is taking place in Paris, where one of the issues on the agenda is the inclusion of the historic center of Odesa in the Main List of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Today, society has seen yet another set of personnel decisions that have been made. I emphasize the phrase – "yet another". We will continue to take appropriate steps - the public will see each of them and, I am sure, will support them.
Any internal issues that hinder the state are being removed and will continue to be removed. It is fair, it is necessary for our defense, and it helps our rapprochement with European institutions.
We need a strong state, and Ukraine will be just that. And today, by my decree, I put into effect another decision of the National Security and Defense Council. Details will follow later.

Odesa receives a high status at a time when our country is fiercely resisting the russian invaders and fighting for independence and inviolability of borders. Despite the war, despite the attempt of the russians to prevent the inclusion of Odesa in the Main List, justice still proved to be the strongest. And we once again prove that Odesa is a Ukrainian city, and also the soul of Europe. Which is reflected in its unique heritage, which was created by Europeans.
And now this heritage is under reliable protection.

This is a historical and symbolic gift to the people of Odesa on the birthday of our President Volodymyr Zelensky. And I sincerely thank Volodymyr Oleksandrovych for the incredible support of Odesa in the matter of inclusion in the UNESCO Main List.
Deep gratitude to the members of the working group, who did everything possible and impossible to make our dream a reality.
This is our joint victory, the next after which will certainly be the long-awaited victory in the war and a peaceful Ukrainian sky.

A year ago, we planned how to make the best resort in Ukraine. However, in just one month, the enemy forced Odesa to turn into a southern fortress of Ukraine, and later - with the care inherent in our city - to protect and feed.
God directs and empowers. Ukrainians made a choice, and Volodymyr Zelensky became the leader of the nation in this extremely difficult time for the country. The embodiment of our courage and bravery. And also - a symbol of our future Victory.
We sincerely wish our President good health, strength, invincibility and God's help in all matters.

Today is a day of extremely good news for Ukraine. There is a tank coalition. There is a decision to launch the supply of tanks for our defense – modern tanks.
I thank all of our allies for their willingness to provide us with modern and much-needed tanks.
All this proves the most important fact for the world right now – the fact that freedom is only getting stronger. And the way we are all working together to strengthen freedom, to defend Ukraine and Europe, is a historic achievement of the leaders who are working now.
The key thing now is speed and volume. The speed of training of our military, the speed of supplying tanks to Ukraine and the volume of tank support.
We must form a tank fist of freedom that will not allow tyranny to stand up again. We can do it. Together, just as we are making decisions today.
One more thing. I am grateful for the very touching words of support and congratulations that I have heard and seen from so many different people. And we really have one wish in common: victory.
We are doing everything for Ukraine's victory. And it will happen.

I also instructed the chiefs of the district military administrations to connect the emergency and central emergency services to the generators, where their capacity allows, to organize the supply of water for the residents and to ensure the operation of the Points of Invincibility. Please understand the situation. The authorities and energy companies are doing everything possible to eliminate the consequences of an enemy strike. Currently, enemy planes are still in the air, the air alert continues, I ask the residents of the region to stay in shelters until the air alert is called off! - says the Head of Odesa Regional Military Administration Maksym Marchenko.
