New odit update v1.27

Recurrings are now auto suggested from the transactions you have

When creating a new participant , you now get a "same person ?" dialog, that shows you similar items to merge into that person

and a few more things i forgot.

Here's the analysis of fees in ethiopian banks.

The worst fees are from nib bank so far and the best fees are kinda dependent on how much you move.

Disclaimer : some banks dont have enough messages to be sure about their fees so if a fee message hasn't been seen at least 3 times , that data is marked incomplete.
