Think about that: companies need billions to finance AI infrastructure, but borrowing long-term capital is the most expensive it's been in almost two decades. Everyone is pricing in insane AI growth, but the money to fund it is getting tighter by the day. If yields keep pushing, that could easily be the needle that pops this bubble.
