Bybit CEO Ben Zhou announced that all withdrawals have been processed, the system is operating normally, and there are no delays. The total outflow of funds since the incident has reached nearly $5 billion, broken down as follows:

- Bybit itself (loan collateral) — $1.3 to $1.5 billion
- Users — around $2 billion
