Ketentuan Peserta Summer Crown

1. Peserta wajib mendaftarkan diri dalam bentuk grup dengan jumlah anggota minimal 4 orang. (Gender bebas)
2. Dilarang menggunakan faker, AI-generated idol, atau identitas yang dibuat sepenuhnya oleh AI sebagai peserta.
3. Tidak diperbolehkan terdapat anggota yang sedang dalam masa L/D/R (Leave/Disband/Retirement).
4. Dilarang melakukan pergantian anggota (member replacement) setelah pendaftaran resmi.
• Apabila terdapat anggota yang tidak mengikuti rangkaian kompetisi tanpa alasan yang jelas, grup akan dikenakan pengurangan nilai sebesar 75 poin.
• Apabila mempunyai alasan yang jelas, anggota dapat mengirimkan surat izin kepada bot yang tertera. Izin tidak boleh berturut-turut (task 1 lalu task 2🩸)
5. Setiap anggota hanya diperbolehkan bergabung dalam satu grup selama kompetisi berlangsung.
6. Seluruh peserta wajib menggunakan IDC (Identity Card) pada profil utama akun masing-masing selama kompetisi berlangsung.
• Penggunaan IDC dapat di grid.
7. Seluruh peserta wajib menggunakan PDN (Profile Display Name) sesuai ketentuan yang telah ditentukan oleh panitia.
8. Setiap grup semua anggota wajib masuk ke dalam grup hall untuk menerima informasi dan berkomunikasi dengan panitia.
9. Peserta wajib mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kompetisi, aturan, serta jadwal yang telah ditentukan.
10. Peserta wajib menjaga sportivitas dan tidak melakukan tindakan yang merugikan peserta lain seperti manipulasi voting, plagiarisme, atau kecurangan lainnya.
