@Moral, who was accused of withholding $80,000 through his “NO-KYC / NO-FREEZE” swap service, was questioned by @arc and @cool about why the Terms of Service were changed right after the dispute.

He still hasn’t given a clear explanation for the ToS change, a concrete refund timeline, or proof that the alleged freeze was actually ordered by law enforcement.

1. There’s no LLC or clearly identified legal entity listed in the site’s ToS.
2. The user dealt with @Moral’s service. Whatever liquidity provider sits behind it is not the customer’s counterparty — @Moral’s service is.
3. Saying “regulations forbid me from talking” while acting like some kind of FBI agent is not a serious explanation.
