🇰🇵A ceremonial launch of a guided missile destroyer was held at the Nampo shipyard in NK. This is the same ship whose progress has been monitored for a long time from satellites.
The ceremony was held in the presence of Kim Jong-un.

The ship received the official name "Choe Hyon" (No 51) in honor of General Choe Hyon, a major military figure, comrade-in-arms and close friend of Kim Il Sung.
It is reported that this 5,000-ton destroyer was built "in no more than 400 days", and has now been handed over to the Navy. This is the largest warship ever built in the DPRK.
Judging by the pics, the destroyer has vertical launch systems (VLS) with 74 cells for missiles of three different types and sizes (10 large, 20 medium and 44 small).
In addition, the photo shows one large bow artillery mount (AU), two six-barrel small-caliber AA mounts some new AA system, as well as four quadruple launchers for multi-purpose guided missiles (Navy version of the Bulsae-4 NLOS missiles). It also has torpedo tubes.
The superstructure in the middle of the destroyer apparently also houses launchers for long-range cruise missiles of the Khvasar (Arrow) family designed to strike ground targets.
The warship has a radar with four fixed antennas with phased antenna arrays.
In general, the local military-industrial complex and Navy have made a significant leap forward.

🇰🇵At the weapons display during the ceremonial launch ceremony of the destroyer, as well as on the destroyer itself, a SAM system was spotted that completely resembles in appearance the Russian Pantsir-ME SAM system.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine presented the Droid TW ground robotic complex for fire support and reconnaissance.
The complex is equipped with AI for target recognition and increased accuracy at distances of up to 1 km, thermal imagers and ballistic calculation systems. The basic version has a 12.7 mm machine gun, modifications - 7.62 mm with ammunition up to 1000 rounds.
Remote control via tablets / gamepads, with Starlink and LTE support. Deployment - up to 5 minutes. Mass use is limited by high cost and insufficient integration into tactical schemes.

“We will never forget our friends 🇷🇺 🤝 🇰🇵,” wrote the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Zakharova following Gerasimov’s words about the heroism shown by the DPRK military during the battles in the Kursk region.
Forwarded from Mighty_RussiaOP
Interestingly, it turns out that the North Koreans helped liberate the Kursk region, but the "allies" in other blocs did not help.
We really live in interesting times.
