These missiles are carried by strategic bombers as Tu-160, Tu-95 and Tu-22. These heavy cruise missiles fly at subsonic speeds but at low altitudes. They carry a 450kg warhead, and newer versions can carry a double warhead of 900kg. Later in the video we can see one flying at low speeds. This missile is perfect of stationary targets as storages, factories or infraestructure.

The missiles that falls vertically at high speeds is an Izkander-M missile. These missiles are pseudo-ballistic, they fly at high speeds and can pierce reinforced targets. They are fired from their especific land launchers. They are perfect for temporary targets that can flee the area for attack quickly as bunkers with high officials, airdefence, MRLS launchers, fighter jets of their hangars and even heavy vehicle columns.

In the first clip there are 4 airdefence missiles that failed to intercept the Russian missile. The one closest to the attacking missile failed and hit in civilian buildings

The British military has conducted a simulation of their airdefence against a fictional Russian missile attack.

The result is a total failure, most of the simulated missiles pierced through the airdefence as if it weren't there, and the British airbases were hit before their Airforces could take off.

This is quite surprising because usually military simulations are run with a ton of biased information and are usually set to end with a success from the beginning.
