🔧 Unforeseen Challenges:
- Our app, which went live at the end of June, was built on a third-party platform (Telegram). This dependency led to unforeseen challenges in development and security.

🌱 Community Size:
- Compared to other mini-apps announcing listings, we must admit that our current community has remained relatively small. We need to reach an acceptable size for listing on global exchanges.
The referral system, crucial for expanding distribution, has not been highlighted. This strategy made accelerating growth nearly impossible.

🔄 Trend Shift:
- In a short time, the "Dogs Like" concept replaced the "tap2earn" trend in Telegram’s airdrop game ecosystem. Tap2earn games have lost their appeal due to time and simplicity constraints.

🚀 Actions Taken:
- We rewrote our mini-app from scratch and transitioned to the "Dogs Like" concept.
- We recognized the need to highlight the referral system for growth. We transitioned to the new version without causing any inconvenience to those who supported us in the tap2earn version.
- Through strategic collaborations, we doubled our size in the last two weeks.

🌟 What's Next:
- We will expand strategic partnerships to accelerate our community’s growth rate every day.
- We will release simple and fun mini-games in our app.
- With more in-games and advanced organic collaborations, we will diversify the airdrop earnings of our community.
- We will double the airdrop budget compared to the percentage mentioned in the whitepaper.
