Among all the vaccines I have known in my life (diphtheria, tetanus, measles, rubella, chickenpox, hepatitis, meningitis and tuberculosis), I want also to add flu and pneumonia, I have never seen a vaccine that forced me to wear a mask and maintain my social distance, even when you are fully vaccinated.

I had never heard of a vaccine that spreads the virus even after vaccination.

I had never heard of rewards, discounts or incentives to get vaccinated. I never saw discrimination against those who didn't. If you haven't been vaccinated no one has tried to make you feel like a bad person. I have never seen a vaccine that threatens the relationship between family, colleagues and friends.

I have never seen a vaccine used to threaten livelihoods, work or school. I have never seen a vaccine that would allow a 12-year-old to override parental consent. After all the vaccines I listed above, I have never seen a vaccine like this one, which discriminates, divides and judges society as it is. And as the social fabric tightens…it's a powerful vaccine! It does all these things except immunisation.

If we still need a booster dose after we are fully vaccinated, and we still need to get a negative test after we are fully vaccinated, and we still need to wear a mask after we are fully vaccinated, and still be hospitalized after we have been fully vaccinated, it will likely come to the point where it's time for us to admit that we've been completely deceived."

Our team have recently spent some time analysing the rulings around the NZDSOS and NZTSOS court case heard in court earlier this year.

The judgement was released on Friday 8 April 2022.  In his summary, Justice Cooke dismissed our claims, stating the evidence showed vaccination reduced transmission sufficiently to justify a mandate, there was no evidence of safety concerns that would detract from mandates, that the vaccine exemption criteria were adequate and were applied lawfully and there was no significant adverse impact on staffing and morale as a result of mandates.

NZDSOS stated and submitted evidence from multiple experts from around the world, who showed the efficacy of the vaccine was questionable and not consistent with any benefit from mandating it. More importantly, we submitted evidence of harm caused by the vaccine, harm that included death.

We have scrutinised Justice Cooke’s ruling and determined there are multiple deficiencies in his reasoning and that the court process is fundamentally flawed in this situation.

Official Information Act (OIA) request reveals coroner advised not to look:

A recent OIA request regarding communications between the coroners and the Ministry of Health, in relation to the Covid-19 vaccine, was received by our team. In this document, Dr Tim Hanlon from the Post Event Group of the Covid-19 Vaccination and Immunisation Program within the Ministry of Health wrote the following statement:

"In contrast, death due to progression of cancer after a dose of Comirnaty will not be related to the vaccination."  

Why would some medical events automatically be off the table without any data? 

That’s not scientific.

Scientists overseas are specifically suggesting that down-regulation of some protective mechanisms (toll like receptors, BRCA and p53 genes) by this mRNA technology may lead to new cancers or rapidly progressive previously stable cancers.

At NZDSOS, we say, the progression of a previously stable or quiescent cancer or the development of a new cancer after the vaccine, should be on the coroner’s list of things requiring further investigation and assessment.

Journalist, Anke Richter, states in the podcast 'Tell Me About It, Rabbit Holes' (at 17mins 22seconds), that her hippie Facebook friends discussing the Nuremberg Code was “…completely insane to start with, it doesn’t apply, it’s not a thing…” All this with regards to the New Zealand vaccine mandates. 

Does Anke, from Germany, really not know what the Nuremberg Code is? The Nuremberg Code was written in 1947 following the Nuremberg Trials (in Germany) in which Nazi doctors were tried. These Nazi doctors had been doing medical experiments on human subjects, experiments that often resulted in death.

The Nuremberg Code is entirely relevant to the current situation because right now we are all participating in the biggest medical experiment there has ever been, whether we realise it or not. The Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine in New Zealand is still in its experimental phase. 

The clinical trial which started in 2020 is ongoing and is not due to be completed until 2024. Post-marketing surveillance (phase 4 of clinical trial) is currently being conducted along with the continuation of phase 3. Although the Nuremberg Code was originally written to refer to experimentation using human subjects, the principles established by this code have now been extended into general codes of medical ethics.

It is our view that most people have not been fully informed (benefits, risks, uncertainties, alternatives) and have not given their uncoerced consent.

This is not insane, it is an international code protecting the rights of citizens and is entirely relevant.
