Just now, NYU has apparently re opened the library. This attempt at clearing students out and forcibly removing us was a clear intimidation tactic. It did not work. NYU, where are those “good faith negotiations” you talked so much about?

Meanwhile, NYU’s Director of Case Management Jessica Mahmoud has been calling students’s parents — who are not their emergency contact— to issue vague threats. This is a clear violation of their right to privacy and puts many students directly in harms way.
