πŸš€ Calling All Students! EPTC 2026 Student Innovation Challenge is OPEN!

The EPTC 2026 Student Innovation Challenge invites undergraduate, Master's, and PhD students to tackle:
Thermal Interface Material Optimization for Advanced Electronics Packaging and Reliability - An Engineering Challenge Using Finite Element Analysis

Teams of 3 to 5 students will develop engineering solutions using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate and optimize the thermal and thermomechanical performance of semiconductor packages using different Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs).

πŸ€– AI, machine learning, optimization, automation, and digital twin approaches are encouraged!
