Returning for its second iteration, our Curriculum Team members are once again collaborating with NUS Statistics and Data Science Society (NUS SDS) to teach students how to take a data-driven approach in improving your productβs key metrics.
Led by Harry (Data Analyst, PayPal), our team will guide our students not only in using the features of Tableau to visualise your data, but also in providing the key concepts and techniques behind product analytics, showcasing how it plays a pivotal role in product management.

Through a collaboration with NUS Statistics and Data Science Society (NUS SDS), participants got to learn the importance and applications of Product Analytics, alongside a hands-on session with Tableau to practice what they learnt!β‘οΈ
Starting with an introduction to Product Analytics by Harry, Kai Rong then introduced the concepts of Predictive Analytics and A/B testing, thereafter Su covered Funnel and Cohort Analysis. Afterwards, we rounded things off with a hands-on Tableau session, with Gangjoon covering its basic features and Cohort Analysis, whilst Harish went through Clustering, Decision Trees and Sankey Diagrams. πβ¨
Special thanks to our Curriculum team for their efforts as well as everyone who came down to attend the workshop, we truly appreciate your support in making our workshop a success! We would also like to thank Tableau for providing us with merchandise to give away to our participants! β€οΈ
