🌟 Exciting news! 🚀 Our project made it to the finals of the International Customer Experience Awards #iCXA23 for Best Use of Technology! We're all about "Empowering Delightful Customer Interactions via the Anywhere Service Desk."

With this project, the NUS IT team transformed IT support with innovation and tech magic, achieving incredible results like $201K in ticket cost avoidance within 2 years. IT Support staff also saw an 11% in productivity boost - resulting in enhanced resource allocation and productivity! 📈🤖

The winners will be revealed in mid-November, so keep those fingers crossed for us! 🤞🏆
