The Union is aware of the examination disruptions that had happened during reading and examination week. These disruptions may stem from both technical problems as well as non-technical ones such as human error.
We wish to collect these reports in order to further substantiate our calls for a "Safety Net" S/U system as well as to highlight the extent of disruptions faced by students during this stressful period. These instances can also be used to seek NUS IT's assistance to rectify these errors in a substantive way for future examinations.
Whenever you face an issue that is out of your control during any examination these two weeks, please help us by filling in this form so that we can keep track of the errors whenever it occurs. You can also scan the attached QR code to access the form if you are viewing this on your desktop.
