GOOD NEWS: Congrats NUS Computing Assistant Professor Brian Lim and Computer Science PhD student Zhang Wencan for winning the Best Paper Award at the ACM CHI Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems! 🎉

Dr Lim and Zhang won the award for their paper on “Towards Relatable Explainable AI with the Perceptual Process”. The Best Paper Award is only given to the top 1% of papers at the conference. Congrats, Dr Lim and Wencan!

Enter explainable artificial intelligence (XAI), an area of study that seeks to explain the results produced by machine learning algorithms.
