๐ 25 Scholarships Available for Cambodian students to pursue a twoโyear LL.M. program in International Law, focusing on treaties and boundary issues.
Students will complete 12 courses taught by national and international professors and submit a masterโs thesis.
๐ Enrollment Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate strong proficiency in English.
Applicants must hold a bachelorโs degree in law or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport.
Applicants must successfully defend a research proposal with a focus on international law and treaties on boundary issues.
The entrance examination has been extended until further notice.

On the afternoon of 27 April 2026, the NUM School of Public Policy, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nop Kanharith, Director of NUM SPP, organized a site visit to Huawei Technologies (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. The delegation included undergraduate students from the Bachelor of International Relations program and graduate students from the Master of Science in Digital program. The purpose of this study tour was to provide students with the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and insights from professionals with real-world working experience.
We were warmly welcomed by representatives of to Huawei Technologies (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., who shared an overview of the company, their human resources policies, internship opportunities, and job vacancies. We sincerely thank Huawei for allowing us to visit and learn more about the company mission, product, employablity and internship opportunities.
