Like the games themselves, game development is open to all (just don't go to Blizzard). If the previous topic discussed the meat shooter DOOM Eternal, in which you had to crush the skulls of various demons in the body of the executioner, Celeste has you as a young girl Madeline who suffers from panic attacks, anxiety, and insecurity.
