HackOSS has started recruitment for their projects!

Project 1 Multimodal ROS 2 Agent Bridge project: The open-source package will combine speech and vision to enable robots to understand commands for tasks like navigation and photo capture in simulation. It will include demos, safety fallbacks, and beginner-friendly docs for student teams to control robots without hardware.

Roles: PL/Integration, Sim/Nav, ASR, Vision, Fusion, QA/ Docs

Project 2 Stickmanify:
We will create a web app that turns user-uploaded videos into stickman animations synced with music. Using computer vision for pose detection and generative AI for style customization, the app will generate smooth, beat-aligned animations.

Roles Available: Data preparation, Frontend, Backend, Creative Design Development, GenAI model development
