Important things for freshmen to note:
1. This Rec List Form is only meant for INCOMING NTU FRESHMEN enrolling in AY23/24

2. If you are planning to stay with a roomie, BOTH OF YOU have to apply for the freshmen rec list

3. This only PRIORITIZES your application to Hall 7 and will NOT GUARANTEE the room/hall you will be placed in if accepted

4. Submission of this form only allows you to be considered for the reclist, it does not guarantee you will be chosen

It does not mean you got rejected in the hall application process, it is simply stating you have an option to reject the hall&room offered
