"Web3 Sherpa", the program Startale Labs provides with Hakuhodo and NTT Data. Hakuhodo is Japan's 2nd largest advertising company, supporting almost all big Japanese companies' ads. Through Hakuhodo, we have done multiple web3 hackathons with Toyota, Mazda, Mitsubishi etc.

After conducting multiple hackathons, some big enterprises understand web3 better than before, but they also realize that it is hard to make real-life use cases beyond PoCs. Also, generally, web3 startups like us don't have sufficient experience and human resources like 1000 employees and data centers to make the use cases happen.

This is where NTT Data comes in. NTT Data is the system integrator in the NTT group, with more than 38k employees across 25 countries with $16b revenue. The company has much experience working with big companies and onboarding them into web2.

We provide our knowledge and experiences on web3. Hakuhodo provides their management and advertisement capability, and NTT Data provides their high skill and resources. Together, we onboard web2 big companies into web3 beyond hackathons and PoCs.
